Songwrap is a personalized music gift service. We create custom AI-generated songs based on your specifications and deliver them as digital gifts that can be shared with recipients via unique links.

User Responsibilities

By using Songwrap, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when placing orders
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not request content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our services

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of order. We accept payments through PayMongo (credit/debit cards, GCash) for Philippine customers and Polar for international customers. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout.

Intellectual Property

Songs created through Songwrap are AI-generated based on your inputs. Upon delivery, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use, share, and enjoy your custom song for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share the gift link with your intended recipient.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds once song creation has begun. However, if we are unable to fulfill your order or you are unsatisfied with the result, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution, which may include a revision or refund at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Songwrap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Songwrap after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
